Pros: Can tote FOUR babies at once; exercises the arms, doesn't take up much horizontal space, horizontal rungs good for drying laundry
Cons: Tips over, highest baby is inaccessible, massive, can't see where you're going, long skirts and baby hands get caught in spokes

I imagine tipping over would be a big problem. Now, strollers take up the width of the sidewalk.
